Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with a premium guide, contact us within 14 days of purchase, and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked. We'd rather you get your money back than feel like you made a bad purchase.

Tell us the email address you used at checkout (or your Stripe receipt) so we can look up the purchase. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Because guides are downloadable PDFs, we ask that refund requests come within the 14-day window above — after that, purchases are final.
