What we provide
The Archive publishes free guides covering health topics, and sells premium guides as downloadable PDFs. Premium guides are a one-time purchase: you own the PDF permanently, with no subscription and no recurring charge.
Not medical advice
The Archive is an educational resource summarising published research. It is not medical advice, and it isn't a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Talk to a doctor before making changes that affect your health, especially if you have an existing condition or take medication.
Purchases and access
When you buy a premium guide, you're licensed to download and read it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish the PDF or its contents. Your download link is permanent and tied to the email used at checkout — keep it somewhere safe.
